Frequently Asked Questions

Partnering Home Buyers and Sellers with the Best Realtors

Q: Do Realtors pay to be part of this referral network?
A: NO. Realtors are in our database based on their local knowledge and areas of expertise. In reviewing Realtors, we e also put a lot of emphasis on their reputation with their peers. Clark County Realtors are encouraged to contact us to discuss inclusion in our referral database.

Q: Are you a real estate firm and do you work directly with clients?
A: We are not a real estate firm. We do, however need to be licensed as Realtors to offer this service to Clark County home buyers and sellers. We do not work directly with home buyers and sellers. We refer 100% of all clients to Realtors in our database and not to anyone on our team. This is critical to ensure that we provide the best possible unbiased referral service.

Q: Am I obligated to work with the Realtors that you refer to me?
A: Absolutely not. We send the contact information for the Realtors that we feel are a great fit for your specific needs. You can interview all of them or none of them. There is ZERO obligation for you to work with any of the Realtors that we refer you to.

Q: Will I get a bunch of calls from Realtors pushing me to work with them?
A: No, you will not. When we refer Realtors to home buyers and sellers, we do not supply them with your contact information. It will be up to you to contact them for an interview. You will receive their email and phone number so you can communicate with them in any manner that you wish.

Q: Is your service really FREE to me? What’s the catch?.
A: Great question. Our service is 100% FREE to every home buyer and seller in Clark County. There is no catch. When our website visitors choose to work with one of the Realtors that we refer to them, we receive a small portion of the Realtors commission at the time of closing. It is a win/win situation when our site visitors get the best Realtor for their specific needs and the client pays nothing for this great service.

Q: Should I be pre-approved by a lender before starting the process of looking for my next home?
A: Although it is not a requirement to have a pre-approval letter from a lender, it is a good idea. In a market like Clark County, most home sellers will want to know that the buyer is qualified to purchase the home. If you end up in a multiple offer situation, the buyer with the best pre-approval will most often win. Visit our home page and click on the lender referral tab if you would like to be referred to a few great local lenders.
