Our service is designed to help home buyers and sellers find the best Realtor for their needs based on real data and not a billboard, radio ad or glossy mailer. It is a fact that most buyers and sellers hire the first Realtor that they interview. This statistic is not only surprising but it is also reckless. What are the odds that the first Realtor you meet is the PERFECT match for YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS? That is where we come in.
Visitors to our website that are search for a Realtor, simply fill out our brief form that includes their search criteria (buyers) or the facts about their home that they wish to sell (sellers). Our team reviews that data and cross references it with our database of Realtors. If we need additional information we will reach out to you for more data. Remember, the goal is to refer Realtors based on real skills that best match up with your needs.
When we begin the review process we look at many different factors. We start with the specific location that the homes are located in. It is silly to think that a Realtor can be an expert in Woodland as well as Camas. After the local knowledge has been matched, we start looking at the home type. Again, you can’t be an expert on luxury homes, farm land and condos. It is just not possible. The next part of our research is the client scores for the Realtors. We look at several scoring platforms such as Zillow, Yelp and Realtor.com to name a few. From that we generate our own internal “Expert Score”. Last but certainly not least, we reach out to our large network of Realtors and generate our internal score that we call the “Peer Score”. This is simply the reputation of the Realtor among their peers. It make no sense to work with a Realtor that can’t work well with the other Realtors in the County. Trust us when we say that this is very important.
Once we have narrowed down the Realtors that best match your criteria, we send you their contact information. We do not send your contact information to them. On the form you filled out, you told us how many Realtors you wanted to interview. You can interview all or none of them and you are under ZERO obligation to use any of them. Once you have chosen a Realtor and started the home buying or selling process, we check in occasionally to make sure things are progressing the way that you wanted.
